Hero Thaan 2026 was a superhero-themed run in Coimbatore, organised by Aksharaa Entertainments in association with Rotary Coimbatore City. Its theme was “Be Their Hero”, raising awareness against child abuse. The official registration page lists it for Sunday 30 August 2026, from 6 AM, at Hindusthan College of Arts and Science on Avinashi Road (behind Nava India).
Correction to our Hero Thaan listing
Corrected on 28 September 2026. When we first published this page, the date and venue had not been announced, and we showed an estimated date of 27 July 2026. That estimate was wrong. The registration page, which the event names as its registration platform, gives 30 August 2026 and the venue above. We should not have shown an estimated date, and we no longer publish events without a confirmed date.
What we could not confirm about Hero Thaan
We have not found a results page or a completion notice from the organiser, so we cannot confirm how the day went. For runs coming up in Coimbatore, see upcoming events.
